Saturday, Jan 13, 2024, the brothers of Theta Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated gave back to the community by purchasing groceries for members of the local community in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, a known member of Alpha phi Alpha.

In celebration of Black History Month, the El Paso Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha partnered with Socorro ISD (SISD) to hold a Black History Month art contest.

The Theta Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is proud to announce its third annual partnership with the El Paso Fire Department to donate fans to the elderly population of El Paso. This initiative is part of the fraternity's Pay-It-Forward Summer Initiative, aimed at providing relief during the hot summer months.
The event took place at the Montwood Fire Station 6, where members of the fraternity donated 50 fans to the fire department for distribution to senior citizens in need. This annual initiative highlights the fraternity's ongoing commitment to community service and support for vulnerable populations.
"We are excited to continue our partnership with the El Paso Fire Department for the third year in a row," said Dr. Anson Jordan President of the Theta Delta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. "This initiative is an essential part of our mission to give back to the community and ensure the well-being of our elderly residents during the extreme summer heat.
